Services > On-Site Consultation

This service meeting would be setup in advance to come to your home or business and discuss HDTV in-depth. We would determine more about your project, take photographs and measurements of the rooms and locations where you want the new TV, and define your project goal and objectives. This is when we would find out what TV services you currently have, what you are interested in (HD upgraded service), and options for getting the highest quality HD with no monthly service charge. If you have cable, you may already have QAM signals in your home, so selecting a TV with a QAM tuner may be a good choice. PC downloading of HD programs, HD download services, Blu-ray rental services, and local HD broadcasts can all be discussed to determine what direction your solution should take.

For the On-Site Consultation, we'll provide you a form to organize and write-out your goals in advance. This form is an opportunity for you and your family or roomates to jot down your TV habits, which equipment you want to keep, which equipment you would like to upgrade, and how many locations are included in the project. Often times, an upgrade in one area means one or more components get moved and utilized in an area without any TV service currently. We can help define how best to utilize existing equipment and which equipment should be upgraded for each area when we create a Custom Design Package for your project. The On-site Consultation fees can be applied to a Custom Design Package for up to six months after the On-site Consultation. Services, components, and technologies changes so rapidly, it's likely service offering, costs, and available components can change quite a bit over this time period and a new On-site Consultation or at least a Remote Consultation phone call is necessary to get up-to-date and be prepared to create a Custom Design Package. Some times, all you might need is the On-site Consultation, that is not a problem, you are in control, it's your project.
