HD Design Solutions can order equipment for you with only a small percentage service and handling charge, or you can order equipment yourself. Some customer prefer to know what to buy from HD Design Solutions because we are not a dealer and do not represent manufacturer's, but then prefer to buy local to obtain easier service and repair and delivery options. If you order equipment yourself or have us order it for you, we will arrange at your convenience to come to your home or business for the installation after all the equipment has arrived. If construction or electrical work is needed prior to installation, we will coordinate it for you if that is part of the installation plan, or you can hire and arrange that work yourself. Once the equipment is on site and the installation locations are ready for the installation, we will coordinate for the complete connection, setup, and check-out of your equipment. If included in the installation, plan, we'll also program your universal remote, and provide on-site instructions and overview on how to use your new setup. Note that we do not currently offer a service for disposition of old electronic equipment.

After installaion, HD Design Solutions will provide an Installation Summary and Instructions document. This will provide you with a wiring diagram and important notes and instructions so you will be able to fully enjoy your new HDTV installation.
